Nice videos of your dyno sessions, that's is actually a pretty good number your Monte put down. The torque is pretty bad azz, your really going to pull pretty hard for sure on some unsuspecting guy one day.

Thanks! I can for sure feel all that extra torque. We were having a little problem with heat but I pulled my best one on the last pull. I can't wait to see how it stands as of now. Pretty decent gain for the money I have in it. Never would have thought I would see that much torque.

Nice TQ numbers, should have just bolted on a wet shot if dyno #'s are your fancy. Was there a wideband while on dyno? What was your air fuel?

Wet shot is in the plans at some point but I just wanted to get it dynoed after to see. They weren't messing with afr there was quite a line waiting at cars and coffee.

Woohoo! What do I win?!

You are still pushing 40+ whp over a stock Monte. That is damn good for the modifications that you have done that aren't requiring head work and/or boost or nitrous.

If you get the AFR dialed in, you can probably pick up some more power, doing email tunes Will has to err on the side of caution and keep you richer and less timing.

The engine probably can't do much with just the intake swap, and I figured as much. However you have dramatically increased the potential of the engine if you decide to increase the air flow with boost

Well with ls2 or ls6 swaps they have been proven to make power in the 310s - 320s but the torque is much lower with headers and that is where I saw all my gains.

We will see what he can do so far he has done a good job but I think even he knows there is a bit more left in it. Just, waiting on a wide band in the mean time. I can't complain though it runs very well.

Well as an update I ended up getting a dyno tune. I was running rich and didn't want to deal with it anymore. At WOT the afr was 10.3....after leaning it out to around 12.4-5 I gained 35whp 20ft lbs of torque. After a short test drive I could tell it was a new beast.

What were your finial hp/tq numbers. Looks like some good gains.

I was on a different dyno notorious for reading low. It was about 20whp low on the baseline in comparison to the other 2 dynos I had been on. I suppose it's not as much the number of spit out as how it feels now.
