It is really coming along how I hoped. Hopefully won't be long now until it's ready to go in for good.

Did you say you were going to put it on the dyno?

Oh yeah I'm getting anxious to have it all done. Just small stuff left now. I think I have all the hard stuff done. As long as my throttle body is wired up right. I can't test it until I get my tune.

Yes I plan on putting it on the dyno in spring and seeing how much I gained.

I want to do, what I would call, a mild engine rebuilt. I'm not talking anything crazy (like Sam did) but maybe get up in the 400-500 hp range.

The finishing work on the intake looks good so far.

Really with what I have I shouldn't be too far off of 400 at the crank. With just "bolt ons" if you wanna call thia intake one 500 you would need to get into doing a cam and all that fun stuff... Might be my plan for next winter.

thank you it has really come quite a long way. I will make sure to keep the updates coming other than sanding and painting this intake I am at a standstill until I get my tune.

I got my heat wrap for the fuel lines. They are mostly hidden but no more stainless steel the wrap is black. Looks good though. I was concerned with it being tucked and heat coming off the header crossover.

5 coats of filler in now. I think that is the last one. Time for fine sanding and start prepping for paint...hopefully this weekend.
