You got your deep rumble because you got the V8 
You're not really going to get much of a deep rumble with the v6, except at idle.
I really hated having flowmasters after the first month. The drone on the highway in my LS got annoying.
You can't get that v8 rumble out of a v6, no matter what mufflers you use.
