Default Exhaust Recommendations

I discovered I had a hole in my muffler right beneath the Driver side, to be cheap we fixed the hole, & it sounds a lot better but now it sounds hollow & weird. Stopped by an exhaust shop & the guy got to asking me what I wanted & all I know about exhausts is this ok:
1. Pipes will make it breathe better and offer a minor hp increase
2. The U bend delete from reading the posts is recommended, offers more hp
3. Chrome pipes look good. That’s it. Now considering I ABSOLUTLEY hate pipes that are ridiculously loud that you can hear before you see the car, what setup do you recommend I get for the most hp? I will literally take the best recommendations, print them out & give to the guy lol.

Ill post pics when Im done. Thanks.

Don't look at the cat-back for performance, it's strictly sound.

That's a great pipe for restrictions and u-bend deleting.

They also make a Front Exhaust Powerlog (replaces the very restrictive front manifold) but they are currently out of stock.

Thanks ChibiBlackSheep, I did some more reasearch on here and found the guys talking about that. Ok 2 questions, I read on the sticky about exhaust on that its pointless the do any other exhaust mods except for the downpipe and u bend cause it doesnt help you gain power? Is that correct? & What are the options I should use to order this?
