This thing sounds AWESOME. exact sound I am going for. Being that you deleted the mufflers... is the magnaflow resonator the only thing that was changed from stock? is that resonator available separate?

the piping is the magnaflow stainless steel with the resonator they give you. before going out and buying their resonator you should take your mufflers off and see if you like the way it sounds with the factory one. they sould very similar. they do sell the resonator separately and the tips separately. you would have to have the diameter increased at the y pipe. the factory exhaust narrows to 2.25 or 2 inch there and into the factory mufflers. i would just hack the factory mufflers off and have them run 2.5 straight out the back with nice tips. i wish i never bought the magnaflow. could have gotten an ls6 intake set up with that money.

 

No, I meant the newest generation of Monte Carlos, they got a NASCAR edition also with 20" Nascar rims and flowmasters, hood scoop, etc.
