not sure if you guys have seen this before.....it claims 15 HPboost......i looks promising. there is a fan behind the filter that helps suck air into the intake.

by the way, thats just the 3400 verison.

the only problem is with the super e-ram, at full throttle it draws 1666 W of power from the battery......

looks like the same thing as a tornado kind of...and a lot of people say they dont work...i thought it did...gas milage wise..but hp wise...didn't notice a heck of a lot...i dont know if this would gain you 15hp...i dunno...you'd have to find someone who's actually put it on and is not on their site...and ask them what they say

yeah.....but the difference in this is that it is actually powered. it seems like it would act like a mini-supercharger.....the electric fan would help suck in air....

but thats just in theory.....and we all know what that means.....[:@]

i'd be catious about spending 300 bucks on it...hopefully someone else has had some experience with these....if they work then great...

you could just do a cold air intake and gain 13 hp for about the same price and know that that works for sure

sadly these electric SC's dont work. they can provide a little extra power at lower RPM, but even at full speed they cant move the volume of air needed by the engine... so your top end is hurt. the only electric SC that i know that works uses a real Blower and large motors like starters to power it. and has a seprate battery system to power it. but it only lasts a short amt of time. also this system is expensive about the same price as a real turbo or sc

the two flaws of these little electric SC are that they just cant flow enough air at mid to high rpm and that they use power from the alt while driving which puts additional load on the alt... this additional load slows the car, reducing any benifit from it.

I'm going to call BS on this company. I did some research on RAM AIR technology and through this I disproved alot of the "electric supercharger and turbo" products.

Here's a video of some guys that take a gas powered leaf blower and hook it directly to the air intake of their car bypassing the filter and running dyno tests. They were only able to get 11-14 more HP with that and I can garauntee that the leaf blower is going to throw more air than these electric fans do.
