Angry Dynomax Cat Back system

I just installed my full cat back system this morning, took about 2 hours to do in my driveway, the sound isnt what i expected but i just may have to break in my glasspack, it replaces the stock resonator with a glasspack. I personally think it wasnt worth the money, save up your and go for the borla or something else it was about 500 bucks for the dynomax and it just gives the car a little rumble, only pro is that its so easy to install.

I have that my system on my 03 SS with the u-bend delete and I was satisfied with the sound. It sounded much better than stock but wasn't too loud or raspy. I kept the dyonmax resonator though. You can try different mufflers if you don't like the sound. BTW I think $400 is a great price for an exhaust system for the Monte. It's not stainless but I think it is a very good alternative to someone who is on a tight budget. Buy a couple of cans of exhaust high heat spray paint and the system holds up well and helps with rust.

Here, Here!!! I love my Dynomax system. Flow is great, sound is quite so it doesn't attract police attention yet has a rumble. Tips look slick and price was right. I have no complaints about mine.

Oh ya! The tips are awesome especially if you have the ground effects package! Fits the openings perfect.

Can't make a 6 sound like an 8... unfortunately. I bet it'll sound much better after it breaks in.

That's true, it will never sound like an 8. Just better than before.

If you get a high flow wiremesh cat it really wakes up that system, I have it and it sounds alot better with a wire mesh cat
