Seeing as this fits the 3800 cars, I shouldn't have any issues using it with a 3400 correct? I understand this isn't stainless steel but I'm okay with that for now.

The system does not have the 3.4l listed as a compatible vehicle, but I'd like to make sure.

 

The downpipe location is slightly different so you may have an issue there, other than that it'll hang just fine, you may need to get passenger side hangers though. If that's the case an exhaust shop should be able to help you out for like $5

 

That looks like a weld in kit and not a bolt in kit. Does that system show the resonator or cat?

 

The system is bolt on and has a resonator.
