i went to the dealer today and bought the oem gasket, this one should def. work! (thanks for the tip Mark)
the one i got from napa was more money and had a metal ring piece on the inside edge, which i think wasn't sealing right. this GM one doesnt have that ring and is actually thicker and with a diff design. i really hope this one works if it doesnt, i'll just use the copper RTV with it lol

i'll install it tomorrow morning because my exhaust must be super HOT right now and i leave for work soon lol

well the gasket didnt work for me, my flange is pretty warped
just going to get another one welded on hopefully tomorrow
