Could my cat be clogged?
wanna tune mine?
so do you still plan on going turbo?
Truly my turbo is probably going on the back burner. I decided I want a 2012/2013 Camaro.
My Monte might become a hopefully rebuild/turbo project in the future.
I think I'm gonna just get HPTuners and a REAL CAI for the Monte and just start saving for the Camaro for now. I don't like the 98 so much, starting to give me problems. So since that is my just in case car with the Monte going under the "knife"...

2012/2013 CAMARO!!!
Wow man.... Moving up.... If you go that road, are you still sure you want to even think about the Monte???
I have some friends fearing I'm so into the Monte, I won't get back to the Camaro (a dream I refuse to let go of). But you go into the bigger toys, like a newer, higher HP Camaro, it may reduce anything you could do to the Monte.... Just a thought.
As cool as my Monte is, my Camaro has a TON more potential with less expensive parts (as it's less of a "niche" car/drivetrain with vast drive train options). When I return to the Camaro, I'm thinking a nice 350 to replace the 305, keep it carbed and a stick shift. Nothing crazy though, just some extra power.... But we'll see.

I just really need a new reliable car that will be under a warranty. I will do an intake on it (possibly tune it) and be done with the Camaro until I pay it off. In which case I can have that time to save up for the turbo and stuff too, and when I get a house with a garage, I can worry about taking the Monte apart correctly.
