Well folks! The Corsa Cat-Back has been installed for your viewing pleasure. This thing has a gutsy note to it!

Keep in mind that this is a temp install for now, as the ZZP Downpipe will be arriving on Thursday (2/8). The stock Downpipe/Corsa Cat-back improved my accelleration, but I still feel the restriction is mainly stuck in the DP. I can't wait to replace it.

Due to the time I did the install (6:30pm) after work, it was light out enough to get good sound & video clips, so that will have to wait until tomorrow. However I have included some photos for you guys to look over. I hope you guys enjoy. I will also be looking to remove the MAF sensor screen likely tomorrow. It seems like K&N is bringing in so much air, that it's getting trapped on the screen, causing a whistling sound upon acceleration.

I don't have access to a Dyno, so I cant be sure where I sit HP-wise, but I did notice the car accelerates a hell of alot better. I'm sure this will improve when I change the DP. The sound is very deep, I like it. You don't even notice you have a cat-back system on when your cruising, you mainly hear it upon launch/takeoff. It's rather silent at idle, but I'm noticing it's getting louder as I drive it more, perhaps it's breaking in. I'll try to get sound slips up for you guys later.

 

WELL NOW!! My ZZP downpipe just arrived, and looks great. I'm heading out to a buddies garage to put my beast in the air. I'll let ya'll know how it turns out.
