Cold Air Intake questions

Just another quick question. From CAI is that all I need or are there any other parts I need. I have never installed one before, Is it pretty easy?

Installation is pretty simple using common hand tools. Here's a thread showing installation for a 3.8 engine, but the 5.3 should be similar:

It's just removing the stock air box and putting their box in it's place, all the hook-ups and everything are the same.

If it were me i would have got the Wizaird Cold air inductions instead of my K&N :/

Best bet is the one available at CAI.......
