Default Car has been overheating, found a leak



will that pipe leaking cause overheating? It goes into the belt tension

My wife's Impala SS had the coolant elbows leak I replaced them with
the metal ones..

My mechanic said a common cause for our cars to overheat is the air dam under the front of the car is missing or the radiator fins getting filled with a fair amount of bugs and other debris.
