How much piping are you planning to buy? To me it seems like you'd only need a piece of pipe or two- I'd just order that off Spectre or off ebay. You're going to get a butt ton of piping in an IC plumbing kit, with a lot of bends you won't need.

That is the tray I have on my monte (I got mine through GM though, its a regular GM part- I think off a blazer). The pcm fits perfectly, and you can just screw it down with all the various holes it has.

Don't worry about it being exposed- lots of people have done it- and the connector is a weatherpack anyways, so its ok if it gets a little wet.
