Default 2006 LT to SS

I have finally made the choice of trading in my LT v6 to the SS v8 this week, my question is this, i have installed the dual catback exhaust set up from Magnaflow for the v6 and was a hassle in itself, i noticed the SS has the dual set up and would it be possible to switch the whole exhaust unit over with little issues or would be better to have the dealership do it for me, as is im having all my custum gauges taken out and i do have an oval cutout from QTP on my Magnaflows, im thinking since i paid over 800$ for the catback,150$ for the cutout I do would like to keep them,,the main issue is the time factor, im dropping off my lt tomorow and the dealership will evaluate the trade in value as they clean up the SS,i did not take the whole day off as i do work, cost isnt the main issue just the time value of waiting for the set to cool off and removing and installing the whole kit,,would it be worth it in your opinion, thank you, Duderino.

It should be the same setup for the most part but it may be different once you get up to the downpipe but it would be an easy thing to fix, I say go for it, it will sound good on the SS and probably free up a few horse power with some supporting mods
