what's this I found
I found this in the glove box when I first got the car and I've been waiting to post it on here to see what it is. I know it can't be nothing serious, and as of right now I dont have any leaks. but if anyone knows give me an answer,

you put the http:// part in twice... thats why it doesn't work...
it looks like somebody was working on something around the house, maybe put that in their pockets while they were working, and when they foudn themselves in their car they found their... thing again and droped it in the glovebox. i wouldn't worry baout it.

Actually, it looks like "Lug-Nut Tool" for loosening a "Security-type" Lug-Nut" that's supposed to be an Anti-theft deterrent against having nice wheels stolen.
The Anti-theft Lug-Nut has a pattern that mates with the pattern on the "Key Lug" (that thing I think) to get the Anti-theft Lug-Nut off.

Yeah, Rick is right. If your car came with lock nuts on the wheels, that's the wheel nut (the adapter) you'll need to remove the lock nut from each wheel.
The number on it is most likely the pattern code number. If it is, you'll want to make a note of it somewhere incase you lose the adapter and have to order a new one from the manufacturer.
Personally, I wouldn't use a set of lock nuts that a previous owner purchased. You don't know if they purchased a duplicate, and kept it. Kind of like not changing the door locks when you move into another home.
