Where you live has a bearing on prices also. I can drive a couple miles to any of the smaller surrounding cities around here and instantly save 5K + on the price of an identical car if it were purchased at my local dealers.

Either way, desirable or not that car has almost no miles on it.
If its in immaculate shape maybe 18-19? No way a dealer would let that go for under 15 thats for sure.

Before I bought my white monte, I went to a dealer and seriously looked at purchasing a grand prix, fully loaded, low mileage and the dealer only wanted 21k for it. I really liked the car as it was beautiful condition, then I looked around the lot at the other prices on cars, and stated that their price on this particular one seemed kind of high, so they immediately dropped the price by 1500. Which of course intrigued me as it was more affordable. Then I decided to sleep on it before signing anything and did some searching online and found an identical car about an hour and twenty minutes from my house with approx the same mileage and it was only 16 995. So the next day the deal calls and I explain that without even trying I found a car exactly the same and the price was 3 grand cheaper right off the bat. He basically called me a liar and I simply told him to call the dealer and ask for himself. They called me back and offered me their car for the same price. Regardless I didn't buy the car as the dealer lost all credibility with me after that whole situation. So what I'm trying to say is that dealers will overprice any and every chance they get too. And the other guys are 100% correct when they say a car is worth whatever someone will pay for it
I understand the "it's worth whatever someone will pay argument" to an extent. These are not 70's vintage cars that everyone wants. The MC's are a very niche market. I guess I should have asked, what is this car worth to you? I see the paint and the upholstery and a downgrade from stock. It'll cost me probably 2-3k to get ride of the cheasyness of the car. Might as well just paint it blue and have the color I really want. Ha. I haven't gotten a reply from the dealer, so it'll probably just sit there until doomsday.

PS the dealer lowered the price to $19,900. If it didn't have the tacky stripes and seats we'd be talking. But to me the stripes(painted on, btw) and the seats kinda ruin it for me. Not for that much money.
