What type of gas do you use?

Sheetz does run branded gas - all the ones around here either run Marathon or BP depending on which side of the city you're on.
Me I have a Shell, Marathon and Sunoco card so whatever is closest to me when I need gas is where I go. 93 in the Monte as that what I'm tuned for, and 87 in the KIA.

Could be because ours are not full Sheetz stations? They were originally Circle K stations which use other peoples gas, same owners of the Circle K switched them to a Sheetz, and they currently get filled by Marathon or BP trucks not Sheetz trucks. Maybe they'll switch over to whatever Sheetz is at some point.

I pretty much put in whatever 89 I feel like putting in. If she put in anything less then 91, just go easy on the car for a while, it isn't being sluggish from the brand of gas.

damn is that just for 87? i seen yesterday one was $3.39....i always find the cheaper station after i filled up somewhere else

I try to buy Speedway gas, more so because, in every aspect, I like their stations better than other brands. I run premium 93 octane in both the Monte Carlo and Cruze. Obviously the LS4 in the 06 is recommended to run premium (I have run regular in the past; no knock) but I run premium it in the Cruze because the 1.4L Turbo does get a significant mileage increase with it (~2-3mpg).

FYI my brother in law was filling his car at quik trip couple of weeks ago (my sisters '09 audi a4 2.0T) He always uses premium 91 and that's what he used the last time (he's got the receipts to prove it). Well out of nowhere the car starts acting up and staling, shaking and stuff, took it to the dealer and they told him there was e85 in his gas tank , they were charging 600+ for repairs, we decided to drive it out and fill it up again with premium at another gas station and we'll be replacing the fuel filter soon, but yeah crazy stuff, just letting ya'll know.

That 3.93$/ 1 gallon is for 93 octane BP gas. Although 87 costs about 3.70$/ 1 gallon or 3.60$/ 1 gallon. My dad was telling me there was a time when people literally washed their hands with gas. If you ask me it is all because of OPEC
