What type of gas do you use?

I try to buy Speedway gas, more so because, in every aspect, I like their stations better than other brands. I run premium 93 octane in both the Monte Carlo and Cruze. Obviously the LS4 in the 06 is recommended to run premium (I have run regular in the past; no knock) but I run premium it in the Cruze because the 1.4L Turbo does get a significant mileage increase with it (~2-3mpg).

Ive pretty much used sunoco...my whole life in all my vehicles...
Not many "Shell" stations in our area anymore...I wont buy gas from any of those off brand service stations.... What I do like about my sunoco station is: Whether you use cash credit or debit cards.... The gas price remains the same!.... and there usually the cheapest around.... With the exception of when gas was over $4.00 a gallon... we would get our gas at sams club for 15 cents cheaper.... But none of my vehicles are high performance... so it doesnt matter what grade gas i put in them...with the exception of my silverado.. I use MidGrade in it since I do all my towing with it!!

I wonder if Jewel is owned by Kroger. They own the Fred Meyer stores out here on the west coast and dispense Shell gasoline. We used to get a 10 cent discount but they ramped up their campaign recently so (depending on how many points you have) you can get up to $1 off per gallon. Last fill up I paid $2.69 per gallon. Once every 3 months I run a bottle of Chevron Techron through the system.

I fill up anywhere that has 93 octane (that's what I have it tuned for). I don't care what gas station it's at because all the gas comes from the same refineries. The refineries have standards to go by so it's all okay. Octane is the biggy.
If I had some E85 stations closer to me I would LOVE to run that.

Sheetz does run branded gas - all the ones around here either run Marathon or BP depending on which side of the city you're on.
Me I have a Shell, Marathon and Sunoco card so whatever is closest to me when I need gas is where I go. 93 in the Monte as that what I'm tuned for, and 87 in the KIA.

Supposedly BP says their gas is better than Top tier. I think they are correct, because we use to have a Dodge Intrepid. My father would just shove whatever you could find into the tank. The one time we put BP in that thing started just spewing the old built up sludge. Of course that Dodge was a POS. Maybe it was at the end of its life cycle! But that POS kept my Monte from accumulating more miles so I was happy with the thing.
