Not a bad idea. Could probably use one. I'm sure the dash is somewhat faded.

I like mine
When he bought the car it already had one otherwise this would be a must.

Basically he keeps all his cars stock because he doesn't have the extra money to spend on them. He did get headlight covers when he bought the car from a guy but he has never ever had them on it. Could possibly need a new air filter anyway so I could go that route.

By the way I love your rims. I have a set on my car and love them. They are the black with the polished ring.

I know this is a shameless, plug, but hey, I gotta throw it out there

Give your dad some Monte Carlo projects.... I have a few things things that could be handy:
https://montecarloforum.com/forum/pr...ge-sale-39958/

- '04 L26 3800 Series III Aluminum Upper Intake (great for those looking to go away from the nylon/plastic UIM) $40 Shipped
- Pair of '98 front Camaro/F-body calipers - $40 for the pair + Shipping (guessing $20) - These are salvage calipers and are in need of clean up and probably best to rebuild them.
- WBS Shorter Dog Bones (never used - brand new) - $30.00
- Monte Carlo Trunk Trim - $25.00 (I believe 2001 actually has this, if not, great add-on)

This is what he's talking about: '04 Monte Carlo SS - Trunk Trim

Earlier 6th Gens had it, then GM stopped putting them in the trunks.
