I got a post card in the mail stating Chevy wanted to repair my '06 Monte. That they had sent a notice out (I never got one) stating there was a recall on my car, they wanted to repair it, but so far records show my car was never repaired.

What are they talking about??????????????

 

power steering cooling line! mine is leaking but the guy I take my car to says "just make sure there is power steerinig fluid in it" and you should be ok! the recall letter I received states that I have until Feb 2011 to get it fixed! I'm gonna wait until I have the time and the weather doesn't suck so bad to get it fixed!! I hope that is what your referring to!

 

Well there are two factors standing in the way of taking my car in right now.

1. it's setting against the back wall of the barn with two other cars infront of it.

2. the salt on the roads. I'm not real happy with the car being out with all of this stuff still laying around.

If this repair could wait a few months I'd be happier.

RJ, if you haven't got it yet, I sent a PM with the letter attached for my recall! you can open it, I remember you had issues before! it is safe to open, unless I'm contagiuos I hope it helps, see ya RJ,
