was there a recall on the converter? i have an 04 ls.

by the way, whats the deal with the 180* thermostat, good or bad.

So was there a recall on the converter? I have been thinking mine has been the cause of the issue I've been having off and on. But everytime I take it in, they say "shifts points are fine, tranny's not slipping, no sign of excessive wear, line pressure is normal, blah, blah" and it's pissing me off.
