Default Well THAT explains the smell

past week ro so my car has had a slight gasoline smell to it, i figured it was the CAT problems ive been having. Wile lettin it warm up so removing the downpipe would be easier i noticed something.....

this, which my comprehension of warning labels and my sense of smell tell me, is the fuel line, is leaking, bout 2-3 drops every second.... WHY?

Where is it leaking? From the actual line, or maybe an O-Ring?

i got a feeling is the o ring, its coming from the connector. Why is it once i decided to fix my car all these problems came up? Any way the connector looks to be intact so i think its the o-ring... or lack there of actualy, when i noticed the leak i shut off the car and disconnected the line, it doesnt look like it ever had a ring on it... but it hasnt had the smell for very long

Those O-rings do go bad, and I know pulling out the injectors can be a pain.

Buy yourself all new O-Rings, and when you put them on, put some dielectric grease on them so when you put them back in they don't tear.

I wanna say you'll need 2 O-Rings for each injector... IDK the size

But the FelPro Part # is ES70599

Idk if this helps but I have also seen where the black plug part that goes down into the fuel rail, if you lean on that or push it to one side, it will leak also, so just make sure that is straight and tight

I'd say its probably the O-rings too. This happend to my Dads Mustang. One of the O-rings got a tear in it when he changed his spark plugs, and we didn't realize it. So it started leaking gas, replaced ALL the O-rings, on all the injectors, and problem fixed.
