wow. that car looks great! i was going to suggest to remove the back bowtie as well but someone already did... i did that on mine as well as all the badges on the whole car and it looks great! next im going to get the key hole shaved off the trunk so its all smooth and im for sure getting tint... its illegal on the side windows here in MN too but im going to do 35 so its not as noticeable... but with a white car and black interior its gunna look darker for sure... nice car man its lookin good!

Thanks a lot. I actually don't mind the bow ties. They're a Chevrolet trademark. I do, however, have other plans for that specific location, but all in time. My next plan... Honest, I don't know. Maybe a few small things, or perhaps the K&N intake.

But then again I'm not a huge fan of those either haha.
Same here, some times NiteShades looks so cheap, and I don't want to do anything that might take away from the look of the car. As I already said, I actually like the look of the stock tail lights. If I changed them I'd put in the red LED ones to keep the stock look and the nice contrast.

Thanks! I'm glad the newer Montes don't have the keyhole on the trunk lid, I hate that. It's illegal here too, but *knock on wood* I haven't had any problems yet and didn't with my old car.

i have a question about the trunk differences... since the tail lights and spoilers are able to be swapped does that mean the entire trunk itself can be swapped? because i was lookin at a newer monte at work last night and noticed that they indeed didnt come with keyholes and i want to shave mine and get the ski jump type spoiler... could i just get a trunk off a new monte and get it painted?!?
