Default Super charging
my 2000 monte carlo currently does not have a super charger on it stock if I were to buy a Monte super charger what kind of things would I have to change in the engine and/or transmission

Search "Top swap" here or "3800 top swap" on google and you should get your answers. You basically need everything from the heads up. Supercharger, intake manifold and so on.

This is an age old topic, tons of good info on this site. I want to say, there is probably something in the FWD Tech Info section on it.
