Does anyone know where I can purchase a complete set of stock ground effects (side skirts and lips) for an 04 SS? When I purchased my car the dealer had told me that the original owners took off the kit, so now I have an SS that looks like a base model.

Unless you get lucky with someone else who removed theirs, and is willing to sell it to ya, you may be stuck checking junkyards, ebay, and (last resort) a dealership.
I wonder what they were thinking.

 

A stock kit will be hard to find. You might want to check ebay and junkyards in the area. Every so often a totalled Monte will show up on Ebay and you can ask and see what happens.
