if its a good and big dealerhship they should give you a demo car to drive while your car is in under warranty work...show's how much money they make when they can afford to give out cars when they work on your car

My mom, when she owned her 94 Achieva (she's got an 07 Monte LS now, hehe), took her car to Sears for an alignment. About a month prior she took her car to Brake King to have new brakes installed. The mechanic at the desk tried telling her that her brakes were shot and that she should think about getting a new set. She looked right at him and said "I don't think so. They're brand new brakes. I had them put on about a month ago." While this wasn't a dealership, they tried to take her and failed, lol.
I've heard a lot of complaints about Sears. I found a web site devoted to complaints pointed at Sears. I even added one.
