not always. their (well the companies i wrote with anyway) databases were updated once a year, and a lot of the time we had to find out from the dealership what the trim was, especially on new cars. sometimes it would pop up though. we did have access to the CLUE report (comprehensive loss underwriting exchange) which is basically a report on a client and any accidents they were involved in with any car for the last 7 years, and history reports on the vehicle itself as to accidents or police reports filed on it for 5 years.

Really?

I hardly believe that the MCF staff Yugo would qualify as a sports car. Or even a sporty car.

Our insurance goes by pretty much 3 things. Sedans, like hondas and such. Meduim is like my car, and high performance is pretty much camaro and up.
