Default So will insurance cover this?

So I walk outside today to see this. How it got there I have no clue. We have potholes but i always avoid. And the other night my mom drove it and mabye hit a curb ( cars to low to pull up to them and shes used to SUV) Or mabye someone kicked it, I have no clue. But its beyond popping out, and even if i do there are cracks everywhere in the paint around it. Ugh.. what can I do.

Sorry I took the pic on my phone in the dark and Im going to call tommorow... I think our deductible is $250 so unless i find a wrecked monte and pull it (which might have cracks as well, Ill have to buy a whole new one if insurance wont cover)

they'll cover it if your deductible is $250, but i wouldn't file a claim unless the repair is way out of your price range. if you can get it fixed for under $1000 i wouldn't bother with the insurance company. you'll end up getting your rates raised and will pay more over the long run.

Unless you find one the exact same colors somewhere, you're going to have to re-paint any bumper cover you get. So if your original is salvageable, you may as well just paint the original.

I was just about to mention what Jamie said.

Things like that suck, but your insurance rates will go up because they will consider your car more likely to be vandalized if your put in a claim like that. And paying more each month for like 3 years is not worth it.

Thats true. As long as you can push out the dent and not have any wrinkles, then i would just paint it and call it a day.
