Default snow pics - can't wait for summer!

So I've had my new monte for a month now, its been too cold to wash it. My temp tag is expiring Monday and the dealer JUST NOW got my real tag yesterday.

unfortunately I couldn't go pick it up today ...

I can't wait for warmer weather to get here so I can wash, clay bar, and wax my new baby so I can take some real pictures!

and there is nothing better than popping the sunroof open, rolling the windows down, and just taking a drive on a summer night. I'm counting down the winter days!

Thanks Enzo! I do like how blue it looks with that layer of white on top of it

Usually we don't get much snow in TN, a lot of times no more than an inch. Seems like the news said the average is 9 inches per year. It just makes it worse when we get a bunch because a lot of people don't know how to drive in it. The side roads turn into a big mess because they don't get plowed or salted. Lots of wrecks. The stores start selling out of milk and bread. We ventured out last night and the mall was even closed along with a few restaurants.

This was the second snowfall in jan, and this time we got several inches of snow, then sleet/ice, then more snow on top of it. If you look close you can see the layer of ice on the sides. I didn't have to get out so I didn't even bother trying to clean it off yet.

03JGMonte - Yeah, it got to us midday friday. Guess it hit you guys first

I don't like the cold but the snow is neat. I'm on the go constantly, even my weekends are filled up, so when it snows I get the rare chance to stay home and chill since everything gets canceled. I usually refuse to go anywhere . My b/f had cabin fever and even had a hard time convincing me to get out with him last night.

We saw a few people playing in their cars in the mall parking lot. Several people taking shortcuts across the curbs instead of the normal exits from the lot. Heh, I even saw one set of tire tracks going straight across what was definitely grass on a sharp curved interstate off-ramp. Guess someone missed the curve, definitely had to be an oops moment.

You can't beat the looks of a super nice, super clean, car being photographed in a clean, white, snow covered background.

You know, you guys are both soooo right. When I started to clean the car off I was thinking about what Enzo354 said, so I grabbed my camera and had a blast taking pictures

Unfortunately I live in a cul-de-sac and the houses are really crowded together, so I didn't manage to get any good full car shots without too much background clutter and reflections of other cars. I did get some neat closeups at various angles though.
