Default Sitting here Stalling time

I'm having a problem with the car stalling and my gauges jumping. 1995 Z34. 3.4L
I have been trying to fix a problem with my car and cannot seem to rreally find out what the problem comes from. So, if you know, let me know too.

Sitting at lights etc.. the car surges. Today it has stalled on me 5 times. While driving, the speedo gauge says I am driving 80 km/h while I am really doing about 60 km/h. When I stop, the speedo gauge slowly drops down onto the needle from 20. The tach is all over the place too. I think it's an electrical problem but I don't know. I changed my intake gaskets, changed my plugs and wires, checked out my vaccuum lines, cleaned my air control valve and still...the same problem.

Sit in the driveway and take off the cat see if it starts performing better or still has issues - this will verify if the cat is clogged and causing issues.

Ohh, and check the air cleaner and run some SeaFoam through it to clean your injectors.

Really there are tons of stuff left, could be the PCM going or the MAF.
