I drive a lot of miles and to me a warranty was an issue. I had a black '01 SS LE with 116,00mi. I searched everywhere for a L67 with really low miles. I found my Intimidator on Ebay 600mi away at a Ford dealer. Under 5,000mi and only 7mo. of service. $34,000 car I got for $17.900. Cost me $600 ot get it here, but I saved THOUSANDS over what the dealer could do for me. THOUSANDS!!! I added the extended warranty taking it to 97,544mi for three years. My Chevy dealer still does my service.
I recommend doing the same thing. Buy a low milage car with alow service life. LOTS of warranty.
