I don't think this guy deals with confrontation very well, because when I picked it up, all was fine no discussion of "more money" to fix that mistake. But I really think that's shameful business to even consider asking more money for a mistake to the job that was NOT the customer's fault. That and quoting a job and not being complete and asking for more money while in the MIDDLE of the job. Seriously, what is a customer to say when his car is sanded down, no I don't want to spend BEYOND your quote give the car back???

Looks great Jason! But I'm sorry, after the run arounds this guys given you over this whole process (plus a whole month for the work) I wouldn't be going back to him.
