Hey guys, I did a little searching on here but didn't have any luck. I bought my Monte used and it came with some nasty cigarette burns on the passenger seat. I recently bought the official GM replacement cover from a local dealership. It's the standard gray cloth. I have a friend at the dealership that can put them in but our schedules conflict, big time. I'd like to get it done and give it a try myself.

My question...how big of a deal is it? I'm afraid to just start ripping apart my seat with no knowledge of it. It's an '06 LT. It comes with some clips and velcro so it looks like it may be easy. Anyone have any suggestions or instruction? Any help is appreciated.

 

I've never tried but I have seen it done, and those guys didn't look like they knew what they were doing either. It still worked out. Hope this helps - good luck!
