On my Intimidator my brakes are painted red it looks real good did it come that way from the factory or did a previous owner paint them?

Somebody painted them that way. They come from the factory black.
I just bought the F-body big brake kit, and am polishing them and powder coating them silver, along with the brackets. The calipers are aluminum.

LOL I had some brake work done a while back at the Chevrolet dealership and i convinced the service manager that they came red and made them paint the new caliper red when they replaced it....LOL now i feel like an ***

ROFLMAO!!!! That is so hilarious!!!!! I can imagine the service manager thinking - WTF?? Damn GM not sending me the correctly painted calipers.
