The mechanic said he suspected this was from the A/C drain on the firewall. But I told him the car hasn't been driven, how can anything have dripped from the drain?
It sets inside under a car cover.

RJ, did you try turning the car to get the Power Steering working? The hose splits in cold weather, and while it holds most pressure, it will leak, even just sitting there running. Compare the smell from the PS pump housing and the stuff on the ground?
