Exclamation I need a bow tie motor head for some answers

I drove my 2002 SS home from work, it ran fine. Two hours later I tried to go some where and it started but ran REAL rough. It died when put into a gear, then finally would refuse to start at all. I pulled a plug an the spark is a yellowish orange color. Also my car started to randomly cut out about 6 months ago. I had plugs put in it but that made no difference. Any help would be awesome as I need to fix it as finacially as possiable. Thanks, Tim

Have the fuel pressure checked with the key on engine off and then with the engine running. You may have a plugged fuel filter or a bad fuel pump.

Got a new fuel filter, but now that you mentioned it I ran out of fuel 3 days ago. I can hear the pump prime the motor when the key is turned to on.
