money talk. i low ball him little bit. i still have the green jeep. im driving it right now til i sell it. it's clean too with only 106k miles minus the rust. i drove to iowa thanksgiving and xmas 600 miles round trip each time. it's a good suv just need tlc from new owner. the '98 is in the garage for the time. will be draining out all the oil and fluids and put in recommend fluids.

i pulled this rear axle off '00 xj last year was going to install in the green xj but now going in the '98 instead. it's a chrysler 8.25 axle 3:55 gear ratio 29 spline. should be good up to 35" tires. the dana turdy 5 (35) is weaker 27 splines and im not going to chance it. got a buddy i wheel'ed with will help me swap out the axle and convert to rear disc brakes in the back off a 93-98 grand cherokee zj. i already got all the brake parts just need rotor and pads. future for the '98 lift kit is rough country 6.5" with 2" coil spacers that would give me 8.5" total lift and more likely 35" red letters general grabber tires.

Looks like quite a steal for only a grand! Too bad there aren't any ricer wheels on this one to sell. I had to laugh at that. When I took my Bronco away from my wife she had been abusing it similarly - it had goofy bubbly polished wheels and clear "eurotails". It's a wonder that I was even attracted to her.
