Default NEED HELP, Anyone know if 06 MC seats are a direct bolt to a 2000-2005 MC

I don't know Monte Carlos as well as Trans am/Firebirds and I have located a set of Leather seats from a 2006, and I am wondering if they are a direct bolt in, I suspect they are, then I am wondering about the plugs and electrical.

Any help appreciated, I didn't have time to search, sorry, Boy Scout meeting in 40 Minutes and I would like to know today so I can commit or pass on these tomorrow.

Thanks everyone, -Jeff

I think they bolt in fine if not very close. I know the grand prix seats can be changed around. Im not sure if the 06 seats are power on both sides or heated though.

both mine are heated, only the driver is power.

personally putting my daughter in the back seat would be a pain, if the passenger seat was power anyways.

Thanks guys, yes I would think they would bolt up fine but they are different, hopefully just the skin, and the frames are the same, I wouldn't think the pans in the cars are any different.
I am hoping this set is Power driver and manual passenger, also hoping for side air bag, at least on the driver side, since my current seats have that.

I will keep you posted.

if any the bottom of the seat where the brakets are can be changed do to if the power seats stop working you can change them out with out changing the whole seat to do it. i have changed my passenger seat bottom to the power bottom so i have a match both front seats are power but no heat. it is just time consuming do to the location of the base bolts on the bottom of the seat and the brakets that bolt to the car. but any way to your question if the 06 seats fit in your 6th gen it will do to the same body style exept for the front grill and head lights.

yes they are earily similar, but there is more than the front.

the entire interior is changed, the engines, the bumper covers, wheels, .... there pretty close though. i could tell the difffernce from a mile away, if thats what your tring to say.
