hmm now I'm having the problem of getting there on time, since I'm not spending the night, I'm prob gonna have to leave at least by 5am to get there by 8am at the track. When is the latest you should arrive? I know voting doesn't start until everyone is parked.

 

I've got room reservations I might as well cancel if anyone's interested in it?

 

Here is the time table as it stands for now. Friday at 4 pm you can start to meet up at Garfield's (at the mall) for dinner. We park the Monte's out by themselves in the lot. Dinner will run through to about 6:30. Feel free to stop in anytime and pull up a chair. At 6:30 the Trivia/Scavenger hunt will get set up. If you are planning on going out on this adventure (and I recommend it highly) you need to be back at the Super 8 by 6:45. The hunt will start right at 7 and you have exactly two hours to complete you quest.

Sat. morning the Monte's will leave the Super 8 at 7:30 am to head to the track. You will arrive around 8am. At that time you will sign the release form from the track and enter the track and get registered. Track time starts at 9am. At 11 we will take a break from the track for lunch and voting for the car show. We will return to the track at 12. The awards will be handed out at 3 immediately followed by a group lap and photos on the track. The show ends at 5.

As of today there are 53 cars signed up .The 10 day forcast looks good (if you can believe them ). Should be an awesome time .I look forward to seeing some of you there.

Funny story on the way home from MIS:
So I was driving home on I-69 S, going about 75mph. All of a sudden I look in my mirrors and these 3 crotch rockets go flying past me doing well over 100 mph. I say to myself, "they are gonna get pulled over or crash." So about 30minutes later as I am arriving to the mergo onto I-465, I look to the exit ramp, and I see 2 of the 3 crotch rockets parked on the ramp. I then look to the giant revene between the interstate and exit ramp and guess what I see...the 3rd bike upside down at the bottom. So apparntly he went into the turn so fast (what a surprise) that he couldn't make it and went right off the edge. I guess he got what he deserved.

Also I'm gonna make an online album of the pics I took at MIS if anyone wants them.
