Probably like the people around here. They see that you got something nice that they don't have, and they feel like you'reshowing off/braggingjust because you like your car to look sporty. I've had problems with people around town for ages doing **** to my cars. The first was the guy that keyed my trunk. I couldn't prove it in court, even though a friend saw him and knows who he is. My answer? A new spoiler matched to the body paint. Looked awesome, cost a pretty penny, but the next time he looks at my car with envy.... it'll be from a distance.

Also kids stealing hub caps... that was one of the biggest problems on my first car, a Beretta. Eventually I put one of those jogger-siren thingsand camped out near the parking lot. The kidliterally pi$$d himself when it went off just SCREAMING in his face (130 Decibels... wake the dead). I guess he was used to car alarms honking, not a high pitched screaming in his face. So he started slowly walking away trying to look like "I didn't do it" when I confronted him. The little wuss started bawling! He was like 13!!! I'm like if you don't want me to call the cops then you'll put those back. So while he was putting them back (he had two off when he tried the third with the alarm) and I took his picture with pissed pants and tears and all. It cost me 80$ to get all the copies made... but the revenge was priceless. Every post office and community bulletin board in town had it up. Including one mailed to every house in his neighborhood. I'm sure he will never live it down... too bad I don't really know who it was.

It's when the people get more malicious that it starts to be a problem. Slashed tires, throwing things, actual body damage. That's when I call the cops if I think I can prove anything, if they don't wanna do anything, then I guess you gotta do what you gotta do. Two of the kids that used to do it just got caught threatening a local state representative, they're going to jail for that. Mostly tho, I used the vandalism as inspiration to do mods. The more they vandalize it, the cooler your car gets!

Hey Mickey, so did you get them to buy the aftermarket headlight to replace the one they broke?

 

yep my new headlights are on the way thnaks to me not having the "stock Version in the car" they could not replace it with a stock version

So they paid for them and we orderd them . they should be here shortly.

The fools that live below us started all of this .30min after we walked threw the door the first night after we got the keys.
get this becuse we were to loud.
the kids were sitting down playing game boys and we were walking threw the house doing a inspection before our stuff got here to make sure nothign was damaged.
Since then it has just been night after night after night of this same Crap/.

We have called the front office, the law, even a lwaer to get somethign done on all of it.
The office has informed us it is out of thier hands now and goign threw thier corperate office and they are workign with the law to get a eviction on them.
But the whole thing has been just gettign more and more childish on thier part. they will do anythign theycan to bang on the celling and or to attempt to **** us off. they found the last straw the other night when they decided to go after my son i was watchign them and i dont think they saw me. she walked otu and started to scream at him and threaten to beat his but if he would not shut up.
About the time she turned around from all of this i was standing right behind her with a tape recorder and got her on the video camera threating a 5year old.
She is now sittign in jail for 2 days for harrasment and verbel assult on a minor.
They havent figured it out yet im not backing down and i have been verybadley tryign to not explode on them this was the final straw for me and i explained it would never happen agian or i would not have a camera in my hand and would be knocking her on her Tail if she ever thought seh was enough to threaten my kids.
im not someone who cares if you liek men or women but her and her girlfrend have just pushed it so far past that and now are trying to say that is the whole reason we dont like them and complain about them
It is actually becuse they wont leav us alone if they would back off we woudl not be so quick to jump back.
We dont want to fight with them we want to live in our apartment with out havign to deal with this crap nightly.
So it shoudl and hopefully will happen shortly.
