Default Jack up points

Hey guys i need to jack up the car tomorrow to put the new wheel stud in and im confused on where to jack it up. I know usually your supposed to do it on the pinch welds but mine are rusted alot and i dont feel safe putting it on there. I need a place to jack it up and place a jack stand underneath. Its for the front of the car but i would like to know for the back too for the future. Im too used to my 86 Monte that had a full frame and places that i knew where safe to jack up in the front and back :p

In the above left picture, put your jack under number 1 and jack up the car. That will lift both front tires at once. Then you put the jackstands on the 3 point.

For the rear, you put the jack on number 6 and jack up both rear tires at once. Then put the jackstands on number 4

The rear jack point is near the exhaust Y pipe, be careful not to crush that

Ok what is number 1 though? Whats it called? The 3 point is that the pinch welds or the control arms? And what does the rear jack point look like?

1 is the cradle of the car.

6 is a very solid piece of the frame right near the exhaust.

3 could be the pinch welds, but mine aren't in great shape either, you should see the frame running down the sides as well and you can safely put jackstands tehre.
