I've been busy!
I'm too lazy to make seperate threads. Did a bit of dremel work on my TB. not as much as i wanted but I don't have all the bits I need right now. Made another hood, this ones metal and looks halfway decent. I also ran some dryer hose from my fog light into my already gutted airbox. For the final event I went through hell fixing my buddies miata, first MAJOR body project, He didn't want to buy any new parts so we had a lot of bending and bondo to do, can out pretty decent for a totalled car. Here's the facebook album if you guys wanna see Facebook

I looked at the throttle body pics. Looks like your honing it out to smooth the transition. Nice idea, but if you wanna get more air into it, might I suggest what I did with the wider L67 Throttle Body:
'04 Monte Carlo SS - L67 Throttle Body
Also, don't leave that casting rough, try to polish it up. WidgetSupply.com sells a lot of inexpensive but AWESOME Dremel bits to help with grinding AND polishing!!
OH and my neighbor took all his TB sensors off and dipped it in some can of Chem Dip from the parts store, OMG that thing looked like NEW!!
