i have the Gmos radio adaptor so i culd install the aftermarket radio i bought (jvc arsenal) the first GMOS adaptor fried the second i installed it

the second i got worked for about 3 months and just now my speakers cut out the music, and my door chims and blinker noises stoped working. HOWEVER once i put my blinkers in the on position it would be mute for 2 clicks then on the third the music and blinker sound would kick in. once i turned the blinker off, the music and other sounds that SHOULD HAVE BEEN playing, quickly faded out to mute. please help im getting pretty frustrated lol
