most of my engine mods are listed in my garage which you can get to by clicking on the pic in my signiture, there are a couple important ones not listed
i've beaten a more than a handful of ls1's, many ls4's, even an ls2 GTO on the interstate, a boat load of LT1's, every hemi charger/300c i've ran, gave a beat down to a GTP with a 3.1 pulley a cam and 65# injectors on e85, and many other not so very memorable vehicles
there's a lot more to making these cars faster than most people understand, nobody listens when i tell them something so i just stopped giving advice on performance and just work on my own stuff
my point being i'm fairly new on this forum, but i've spent far more time on 3800pro, and it shows when i build and tune one vs someone who just buys a bunch of nice parts and buys a canned tune from a vendor and throws them on their car

not at that time, my car was pretty much shelled, would've been less than 3200 pounds. it's back together in comfort/safety trim now for the summer break, still no slouch but it's way slower with everything in.
here's a shot i just took earlier, full tank of gas and full interior, easy launch
