SC is what most consider the basic Monte Carlo.

Besides SC they also came as an LC or Landau Coupe. Some say this never was. AN LC model. According to the sales brochures of at least the 1979, 1980, and 1981 the LC was a real model offered. I only researched those years. (lazy is why)
