How much is your payments for an 06-07 Monte Carlo SS
Hey everybody. I'm new to this site. I wanted to ask everybody that has a 2006 or 2007 Monte Carlo SS (if you don't mind telling) how much are your monthly payments? I'm trying to either lease a 2007 or finance a 2006 Monte Carlo SS. It seems like the best "lease" payment I could get on an '07 was from Mark Chevrolet. $374.56 with $0 down for 36 months at 4% interest & 12,000 miles a year. That's with GMS pricing and $1,250 in rebates. MSRP is $29,555. Is anybody paying around $350.00 or less per month for theirs with $0 down, lease or finance? That's like my "desired amount". I'm waiting to see how much I could finance an '06 for since almost every Chevy dealer in Michigan still has a bunch of '06's still on their lots. So I'm thinking maybe I could get a better deal, but since financing is usually always more expensive I don't know. Let me know guys! I'm trying to get one like Monday or Tuesday next week.

You need to decide first whether you want to lease or finance. I used to sell cars and I can tell you that most leases are ripoffs. You need to pay special attention to the fine print.
You should be able to get a great deal on an '06 right now. If you only want to lease an '07, the 100K mile warranty will not come into play, so it doesn't matter. If you can get an '06 financed for around that amount, you should be good to go.
I financed around that same amount for my '05 LT because I had to roll over some debt left on my totaled Cavalier that I didn't have gap insurance on. So with $0 down, my payments are about $500.
NOTICE: "GAP INSURANCE" IS A GOOD THING!!!!!!!! Highly recommend it.

Have you driven it yet? If I were you, I would make the purchase. Once you get it, you won't want to give it back after 3 years. Trust me.
But, happy hunting and good luck with whatever route you choose to take.

I have a 762 credit score,
I have a 762 credit score,
I really would avoid the lease option. It's way too easy to drive over 12,000 in a Monte I've put on over 20,000 on mine in my first year and I only live 6 miles from work. If you have a 2nd vehicle so you can park the Monte for awhile, then I would consider it.

I dont know where you guys are getting your pricing from, but a fully loaded 06 Monte Carlo up here in Canada is around $39,000!!!!!!!!!!!! (Of course I did not pay sticker price)
Lease that out over 4 years with nothing down and my payments are exactly $499 a month! I dont see HOW you can get a three year lease for $399 a month on a fully loaded 06 SS.
