i've had my monte for about 3 years now. i love it but i'll probably trade it for a 2007+ 1/2 ton chevy/gmc pickup next summer after it's paid off. a pickup just seems more practical for all my towing/hauling needs and being an outdoors person it would be much mroe convenient for me.

 

Ive gotta beater 78 cheby for garage sailing/winter driving.....easy for me too wrk on too...that way i can have my summer toys 08 gt/87 monte....

 

My Monte that matters
1. 1980 T-Top Monte Carlo. Bought Jan/2007
2. Well, as long as this rebuild is taking, Ill probly own it the rest of my life. I hope to drive it sometime though.
3. Getting another Monte is not a plan for me, its just something that has to be done. I want one Monte from every year up to 1980. You guys can have the rest.

 

Dude it will be worth it when you get done...Youll have a new car..that you can be proud of..thats what i would like to do to my 87...
