I've had my Monte for a little over a year now.
2. How long do you plan on keeping it ?
I plan on keeping mine for a very long time, hopefully I will never have to let it go??
3. Do you plan on getting another Monte Carlo ?
Yes, I plan on getting another one in the near future!!

1. How long have you had your Monte Carlo ? The 03 I have had since brand new (7.5 years) - I special ordered it. The 05 I have had since Feb 12, 2009.
2. How long do you plan on keeping it ? I hope to keep the 03 forever - I am trying to preserve it by driving other vehicles as my daily driver. I'm not sure about the 05. I will keep it until I start having major problems with it and then I will get rid of it.
3. Do you plan on getting another Monte Carlo ?

Since new in '00, and no, hopefully nothing will ever force me to have to get rid of it. I would have to be very desperate to sell it and it would take a very serious accident for it to be trashed. There are no current plans to buy another Monte Carlo.

I got my FIRST monte in October of 2004. It was an 05 white LS... that one crashed, so I purchased another Monte in around March of 2005... that one was an 02 red LS... I really enjoyed them, so I traded up this last October of 2009 for my current Monte... an 04 red Supercharged SS. I plan on keeping this one... it's a limited edition, its supercharged... what more could i want!? :-P I do plan on doing some more modifications to it, so i'd like to keep it around.
I would looooooooooooove to get a fourth gen Monte. Unfortunetly they are VERY underpowered, but I just really, really like the looks of them. I'd want one stock, not heavily modified. My Godfather had two of them in the mid-late 80's and i adored them, still do. We'll see... I also like the Buick Grand National... and THEY are turbocharged, with the same similar looks of a 4th gen Monte... It's hard to find a car up to my standards that is as old as a 4th gen, most are so badly beaten and such AWEFUL shape...

I've had mine for about 9 months now. I dont plan on letting her go, i figure by the time its time to sell, it wont be worth to sell it and i would like to make it a show car. I plan on getting an 06/07 ss for a daily driver/show car and making my current just show car.

My Dad had an 83 but he sold it (the guy he sold it to turned it into a dirt track car). I loved that car. I would love to get another one of that body style.

It will be seven months to the day this coming Thursday. May 13th
2. How long do you plan on keeping it ?
I plan on keeping it for as long as I can. I always wanted to own a
Chevrolet SS and I love this one.
3. Do you plan on getting another Monte Carlo ?

I may try to get a 4th gen SS some day but I'm always keeping my
eyes open for a SS Chevelle ?
