I have a 2000 monte carlo ss, is it possible to get heated seats in it? It have leather seats with a bunch of vent holes in it, but i do not have a switch in the car for it.

I'm planning on attempting this myself. You should have the wire harness underneath the seats - all you'll need to do is get the switches and install them in the filler spot in the console.

I doubt the seats have the heating pads in there. The heat pads are installed between the foam and seat cover. I highly doubt GM would have ordered a heated leather only to install it in a car without the heater switch. What I would do is find the wiring harness for a heated seat and compare it to your current wiring harness. That will tell you pretty quickly which wires are for the heat. Once you know that you can take that wiring harness and integrate it in. Grab some switches and install it in your console, make sure you have the appropriate relays and everything is grounded correctly and then once you install the heated seats all you do is plug it in.

The key would be to be very deliberate and make sure you wire everything up right. It can be done though. I know people who have wired in heated power seats from newer cars into classic cars. I'm actually looking into doing that in my 73 Camaro.

I misread. I thought the OP said he was swapping in factory heated seats, in which case it would be plug and play.
